Warranty Policy
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Products with defects or damage resulting from use of the product with accessories or products not approved by Synotec / Goud Enterprises.
- Damage or inoperability caused by repair work performed by the end user or any unauthorized repair center.
- Any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
- Any external or physical damage on the product.
Damage
This warranty does not cover any physical and/or electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to:
- Accident, neglect, misuse, abuse or malicious destruction.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Acts of nature.
- The temporary or permanent affixing of any items, supplied or not supplied by the manufacturer, using adhesive, fasteners or the like.
- Overcharging, or the use of batteries, power supplies or other power sources not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Any physical defect or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service or adjustment not furnished or approved by Synotec.
The Synotec customer service team reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all potential warranty claims for service and replacement, including color preference, depending on stock availability.
Please Note
- Without a valid proof of purchase, Synotec reserves the right to refuse warranty services.
- Synotec reserves the right to refuse a free-of-charge warranty claim if the information shared is incomplete, illegible for the claim, or contains faults in the customer details.
- This warranty is non-transferable and is the purchaser's sole remedy; neither Synotec, Goud Enterprises, nor their authorized service centers are liable for incidental or consequential damage, or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
- Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period.
- Warranty repairs must be carried out by Synotec authorized service centers only. Coverage is void if unauthorized service is attempted by the user or any unauthorized service center.
- Synotec may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and/or components when repairing or replacing a defective product.
- If the delivery destination is unavailable for service pickup or return, shipping charges must be handled by the buyer.
- Synotec may use your contact information to inform you about new products, better features and promotional deals in the future.
- Within or after a warranty claim, the brand has the right to contact customers regarding communication about their claim.
Out-of-Warranty Products
If your product is out of warranty (and is not physically or water damaged), repairs will be carried out at a cost. Please contact our customer support team via live chat or email at info@synotec.in to know the applicable repair charges.
